#10 Start right

Jumping out of bed, into the shower, grabbing a cup of coffee or a quick bite and heading out the door for work is the way too many of us start our day. Take a few minutes to sit and contemplate your day every morning. Wake up a few minutes earlier to give you that extra time. You’ll find that planning your day a little while you sit and relax will usually result in a day that goes smoother and is less stressful.
